A few years ago, we noticed that if you weren't experienced or knowledgeable in computer hardware, and you went to one those computer shops, they would rip you off. I remember being charged £100 to remove a small virus which hadn't even affected my hard drive. They tend to rip you off for labor and sometimes even take advantage of in-experienced customers.

If your system is running slow, we can tell you our honest opinion about whether we can upgrade it, and if we can, we will, and if not, we can build or recommend a new PC to suit you and your budget. We will recommend the best hardware for the price and will only charge a very reasonable amount for labor or commission. We can also diagnose and fix simple hardware or software issues or try and help you diagnose the issue your self over the phone for free.
